Hi, I'm Alexandria and welcome to A Girl And Her Chicken Named Betty!
I first started this blog as a place to share crafting projects and nail art designs, but over the years it has blossomed into a kaleidoscope of everything that's going on in my life. You'll find everything from OOTDs, nail art, cosplay projects, beauty, skincare, pretty much anything under the sun :)
The story behind the insanely long blog name:
Once upon a time when I first made this blog, I actually had a chicken named Betty. I was thirteen when I chose that name, and I would definitely go with something completely different if I was starting from scratch today, but I've become pretty attached to the name over the years. Even though chickens don't exactly mesh with beauty, I'm sticking with it!

I review nail polish, beauty products, and occasionally review products that companies have sent me free of charge, but all opinions are completely my own and if I haven't purchased the product myself I will state so in that blog post.
